Installing Atemu on Cygwin

You must:

1. Get libelf from here. Compile and install ('./configure && make install'). (There is no package for Cygwin)
2. Go here and follow the instructions to download and install the following packages: gtk2-win32, glib, atk, pango, libxml2, and iconv. Note that "setup.exe" can be used by specifying http://web.sfc.keio.ac.jp/~s01397ms/cygwin/ as "Other URL".
3. Install atemu as directed here.
